Safe Play First

Responsible Gambling

At prk365, responsible gambling is not a disclaimer buried at the bottom of a page — it is a core commitment. Gambling should be entertainment, not a source of stress, financial hardship or harm. This guide covers the tools, warning signs and resources that help you stay in control.

If gambling is causing you distress right now, please stop playing immediately. Contact our support team at [email protected] to request self-exclusion or reach out to a mental health or financial counselling resource in your area.

Gambling as Entertainment — Nothing More

Millions of people in Pakistan enjoy following Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 matches, ICC knockout tournaments, football and UFC events. For many, the opportunity to add an extra layer of engagement through betting is part of that enjoyment. When it stays fun — when you set a budget, stick to it and walk away whether you win or lose — gambling can be a form of entertainment like any other.

The problem starts when gambling stops being a leisure activity and begins to feel like a way to fix financial problems, escape from stress, or recover previous losses. At that point it is no longer entertainment — it is a risk to your financial stability, your relationships and your mental wellbeing.

prk365 has built responsible gambling tools and guidance into the core of this platform — not as a legal formality, but because we genuinely believe that players who gamble responsibly have a better long-term experience, and because preventing harm is simply the right thing to do.

The Golden Rule: Only ever gamble with money you can genuinely afford to lose. If a bet outcome would significantly affect your ability to pay rent, bills, food or other essential expenses — it is too large.

Six Rules for Safe Gambling

Set a Budget Before You Start

Decide on a fixed PKR amount you're comfortable losing — then treat it as spent, not as a stake to recover. Once it's gone, stop.

Never Chase Losses

Losing sessions happen to every gambler. Placing larger bets to recover losses is one of the fastest paths to serious financial harm.

Use Platform Limit Tools

Set deposit, loss and session time limits in your account settings before you begin playing — not after a difficult session when your judgment may be affected.

Take Regular Breaks

Long, uninterrupted sessions impair decision-making. Set a timer, step away regularly and avoid gambling when tired, stressed or under the influence of alcohol.

Keep It in Perspective

Gambling is never a reliable income source or a strategy for financial recovery. Outcomes are random. Past results — wins or losses — do not predict future ones.

Ask for Help Early

The earlier you recognise a problem and seek help, the easier it is to address. Reaching out is a sign of strength — not weakness. Contact support at any time.

Available Responsible Gambling Limit Tools

Deposit Limit
Cap the total PKR amount you can deposit over a set period — daily, weekly or monthly.
Loss Limit
Set a maximum amount you're willing to lose across a defined period. Once reached, access pauses automatically.
Session Time Limit
Limit the total time spent on the platform per session. A reminder appears as you approach your set limit.
Cooling-Off Period
Take a short-term break from the platform — 24 hours to several weeks — without full self-exclusion.

Limit tools are accessible through your Account settings. Increases to existing limits typically take effect after a mandatory cooling-off period. Decreases take effect immediately. Contact [email protected] if you need help setting or adjusting limits.

Self-Exclusion — How It Works

Self-exclusion is the most powerful responsible gambling tool available on prk365. When you self-exclude, your account is restricted and you will be blocked from accessing the platform for the duration you choose. Promotional communications will also be suspended.

Self-exclusion is available in both short-term and indefinite formats. Short-term periods typically range from one month to one year. Indefinite self-exclusion means your account remains closed until you formally request reactivation after the minimum exclusion period has passed — and even then, a mandatory review applies.

To request self-exclusion immediately, contact the prk365 support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected] with "Self-Exclusion Request" in the subject line. You do not need to provide a reason. The request will be processed promptly and confirmed by return email.

During Self-Exclusion: Any funds remaining in your account balance at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to you upon request, after standard verification checks. New accounts must not be opened during a self-exclusion period. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion will be treated as a breach of our Terms & Conditions.

How to Self-Exclude

1
Log In to Your Account

Access your prk365 account settings where responsible gambling controls are located. If you cannot access your account, contact support directly.

2
Select Self-Exclusion

Navigate to the Responsible Gambling section of your account settings and select "Self-Exclusion." Choose your preferred exclusion period.

3
Confirm Your Request

Confirm the self-exclusion. A confirmation will be sent to your registered email. Your account access will be restricted immediately upon confirmation.

4
Seek Additional Support

Consider reaching out to a professional counselling or mental health resource. Self-exclusion from one platform is most effective when combined with broader support.

5
Alternatively, Contact Support Direct

You can bypass account settings entirely and email [email protected] with "Self-Exclusion Request" as the subject. No further information is required.

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

Problem gambling rarely announces itself clearly. It develops gradually and can affect anyone — regardless of income level, city of residence or how long they have been gambling. The following signs are worth taking seriously.

Gambling with Money You Cannot Afford to Lose

Using rent money, bill payments, grocery budgets or funds meant for your family's needs — whether in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad or anywhere else — to fund gambling sessions.

Chasing Losses Repeatedly

Feeling compelled to place additional bets immediately after a loss in order to "win it back." This escalation cycle is one of the most common — and dangerous — patterns in problem gambling.

Hiding Gambling Activity

Concealing how much time or money you spend gambling from family, friends or colleagues. Secrecy is often an indication that, on some level, you already recognise the activity has become problematic.

Neglecting Responsibilities

Missing work, neglecting family obligations or falling behind on important tasks because of time spent gambling — or because of the mental preoccupation with gambling outcomes.

Using Gambling to Manage Emotions

Turning to gambling to escape stress, anxiety, loneliness or depression — or finding that you feel worse (rather than better) after losing sessions, but continuing anyway.

Difficulty Stopping When Winning

Being unable to walk away from a winning session because of a compulsion to keep playing. Problem gambling affects decisions in both winning and losing scenarios, not just when you are behind.

Borrowing Money to Gamble

Asking family, friends or using credit to fund gambling activity. Borrowing specifically to gamble — rather than to cover the legitimate fallout of losses — is a serious escalation warning sign.

Ignoring Limit Notifications

Consistently bypassing or dismissing session time reminders, deposit limit alerts or self-assessment prompts that the platform generates — treating them as obstacles rather than helpful signals.

If you recognise yourself in two or more of the above: Please take it seriously and reach out for help. Contact our support team to request a cooling-off period or self-exclusion, or seek advice from a qualified mental health or financial counselling professional. You do not need to hit a "rock bottom" moment before asking for help — early intervention is far more effective.

Quick Self-Assessment

This is not a clinical diagnostic tool — it is a set of honest questions to help you reflect on your relationship with gambling. If you answer "yes" to several of these, consider using the limit tools available on prk365 or reaching out for support.

Self-Assessment Questions — Answer Honestly

Q01

Have you ever spent more money on gambling in a single day than you originally planned — and felt bad about it afterwards?

Q02

Have you ever gambled to try to recover money you had previously lost?

Q03

Have you ever lied to someone close to you about how much time or money you spend on gambling?

Q04

Have you ever felt restless, irritable or anxious when you tried to reduce or stop gambling?

Q05

Has gambling ever caused you to miss an important commitment — work, family, social or financial — or contributed to a significant argument with someone you care about?

Q06

Have you ever gambled as a way to escape from problems, cope with stress, or improve how you feel emotionally — rather than for the entertainment of the game itself?

Q07

Have you ever borrowed money — from friends, family or a financial institution — specifically to fund gambling, or to cover debts caused by gambling losses?

Q08

Do you find yourself thinking about gambling frequently when you are not playing — planning your next session, reliving past bets, or calculating how you might win back previous losses?

One or two "yes" answers: Be mindful and use the available limit tools proactively.  |  Three or more "yes" answers: We strongly recommend contacting our support team to discuss responsible gambling options, including self-exclusion. Consider speaking to a professional counsellor.

prk365 Responsible Gambling Features

Every account on prk365 has access to these responsible gambling tools. Use them proactively — before a session, not after things have gone wrong.

Deposit Limits (PKR)

Set a maximum deposit ceiling over daily, weekly or monthly periods. Denominated in PKR to match the way Pakistani users naturally manage their finances. Decreases take effect instantly; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.

Loss Limits

Cap the total amount you can lose within a set period. When the limit is reached, further wagering pauses automatically until the period resets — giving you a built-in circuit breaker against runaway loss sessions.

Session Time Reminders

Receive on-screen notifications when you approach or reach your set session duration. Step away when the reminder arrives — it is a signal, not a suggestion. Consistent break habits significantly reduce problem gambling risk.

Cooling-Off Period

Take a short break from gambling — from 24 hours to several weeks — without the commitment of a full self-exclusion. Cooling-off periods begin immediately and cannot be shortened once activated.

Self-Exclusion

The strongest tool available. Block access to the prk365 platform for a minimum period of one month up to an indefinite duration. All marketing communications will also stop. Contact support to activate immediately.

24/7 Support Access

Our support team is available daily via live chat and email. If you have concerns about your gambling — whether minor or urgent — contact us at any time. Responsible gambling requests are processed as a priority.

18+ Strictly — Adults Only Access

Access to the prk365 platform is strictly limited to adults aged 18 or above — or the higher minimum age required by the relevant operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. There are no exceptions to this policy.

prk365 takes age verification seriously. All users are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawals or full platform features are accessible. Where there is any doubt about a user's age, additional documentation will be requested and access will be restricted pending verification.

If a parent or guardian believes that a minor has accessed prk365 using falsified details, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and close any such account without delay.

Pakistani Legal Notice: Being 18 years of age does not automatically make online gambling lawful in Pakistan. The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and other applicable legislation may restrict or prohibit participation. Users are solely responsible for verifying that their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction. prk365 does not provide legal advice and does not claim to be licensed or approved by any Pakistani governmental authority.
prk365 Responsible Gambling Pledge

We commit to providing access to limit tools and self-exclusion on every account; to suspending accounts found to belong to underage users; to displaying responsible gambling information clearly; and to treating support requests related to problem gambling as our highest operational priority.
