Bonus eligibility is determined at the operator's sole discretion and may be subject to: (a) minimum deposit requirements (illustrative example: PKR 1,000); (b) geographic restrictions; (c) Account verification status; and (d) participation history. prk365 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any offer at any time without prior notice.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus balance or any winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (illustrative example: a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is met). Not all game categories contribute equally to wagering; contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
prk365 operates a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to obtain additional bonuses; using automated tools or strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus structures; engaging in matched betting or arbitrage specifically targeting promotional offers; and any form of collusion to manipulate bonus outcomes. Where bonus abuse is detected, prk365 reserves the right to void all bonuses, withhold associated winnings and permanently close affected Accounts.
Winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to a maximum cash-out cap as specified in individual promotion terms. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum may be removed from the withdrawal-eligible balance.

Any unauthorised use of prk365's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, prk365 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits or any other financial loss.
prk365's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
prk365 is not responsible for the acts, omissions or technical performance of third-party payment providers — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or any cryptocurrency network. Delays, failures or errors in payment processing attributable to third-party providers are outside prk365's reasonable control.
